Hagedorn-Group Successful completion of the restructuring process Cancellation and termination of the insolvency proceedings as of September 30th, 2017

All insolvency proceedings of the Hagedorn Group are completed as of September 30th, 2017 and are therefore legally terminated.

As of October 1st, 2017 the entire Hagedorn Group is according to legal consequence no longer ruled by the insolvency attorney office.

The restructuring took place in compliance with an insolvency plan. Therefore all legal entities of the Hagedorn group have been preserved legally and economically.
